We are pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Robins, our new quality manager.

Neil is a very experienced engineer with a varied engineering background including the marine industry. He is very well versed in all aspects of ISO 9001-2000 and should be your first point of contact if you should experience any quality problems with Holmbury products.

I am sure you are all aware of the rapid increase in steel prices as a result of demand in other areas of the world. This has directly impacted on our manufacturing costs and I am afraid has to result in Holmbury giving you notice of a price increase to take effect on 1^st June 2004.

We have not increased our prices since October 1999 but it is imperative that we do so now along with many of our competitors. As a guideline, the ISO A & B range (including Stainless steel) and our HCV ball valve range will increase by 5%. The flat-faced couplings, all other couplings and other products will increase by 3%.
