New at SED 2002 will be Holmbury’s CD-ROM catalogue. The
CD has all the information contained in the paper catalogue, plus two
additional coupling ranges. The new additions are the PC Series of
½" ISO.A "connect-under-pressure" couplings and the VP
Series screw couplings. Sales & Marketing Manager Tony Powell, said:
"We expected the VEP Series of screw couplings to replace the VP
range and therefore dropped them from the catalogue, but they've proved so
popular we've had to bring them back!" (VP Series couplings won an
SED Silver Medal in 1993. VEP Series couplings won Holmbury’s 4th
Silver Medal at SED 2001)
Other significant additions include two new sizes of TFH Series high
flow safety couplings, namely 3/8" and ½" that now supplement
the original ¾" and 1" sizes. Numerous Order Codes have also
been updated throughout the catalogue.
The catalogue file is in Adobe pdf format and requires Acrobat Reader 3
or higher. It does not install any files on the computer hard drive and
can be run from the CD-ROM drive.
On display will be examples from Holmbury's entire range which will
include: flat face quick release and screwed couplings; ISO A & B
couplings; 2 and 3 way ball valves; 6 way changeover valves; hose burst
and check valves; and test points.
Experienced sales engineers will man the stand and will gladly provide
visitors with advice on product selection and application.
